What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end execution of complex market research projects, including sample management and survey programming.
• Coordinate day-to-day communication between clients, internal operational teams, and external vendors.
• Develop project strategies, timelines, and risk mitigation plans to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Manage post-delivery processes, including invoicing, project debriefs, and client satisfaction.
• Expand client relationships through consultation during the sales process and up-selling opportunities.
• Assist leadership in balancing workloads across the Client Services team and training new hires.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Market Research is mandatory.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end (E2E) and sample-only market research studies.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent English proficiency (company language).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze qualitative data.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
