What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage global eCommerce projects.
• Perform analysis to improve existing eCommerce processes and systems.
• Manage resources and tasks to meet project objectives.
• Monitor progress, communicate updates, and mitigate risks.
• Oversee budget and resource forecasting for eCommerce initiatives.
• Support the deployment and training of end users and support teams.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience as an IT Project Manager in international eCommerce projects.
• Fluent English required for daily international communication.
• Fluent Italian required.
• Experience with budget and resource forecasting.
• Familiarity with technical topics including DevOps, Cloud, and Cybersecurity.
• Experience managing complex global projects using Agile methodologies like Scrum.

Nice to have

• Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2, SCRUM, Agile).
• Experience with virtual teams and hybrid environments.
