What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members, assisting with financial transactions and inquiries via counter, drive-up, phone, and mail.
- Educate members on financial products and services, identifying opportunities to enhance their financial landscape.
- Perform accurate cash handling, vault audits, and TCR audits to ensure operational compliance.
- Resolve complex member inquiries and troubleshoot account issues with a focus on seamless service.
- Mentor and train new team members to ensure consistent service standards.
- Protect credit union assets by identifying and mitigating fraudulent or suspicious activity.
Requirements
- Must have demonstrated knowledge of basic math and cash handling experience.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and travel to other local branches as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
