What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for members, assisting with financial transactions and inquiries via counter, drive-up, phone, and mail.
• Educate members on financial products and services, identifying opportunities to enhance their financial landscape.
• Perform accurate cash handling, vault audits, and TCR audits to ensure operational compliance.
• Resolve complex member inquiries and troubleshoot account issues with a focus on seamless service.
• Mentor and train new team members to ensure consistent service standards.
• Protect credit union assets by identifying and mitigating fraudulent or suspicious activity.

Requirements

• Must have demonstrated knowledge of basic math and cash handling experience.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle confidential information with integrity.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and travel to other local branches as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
