What you will do

  • Develop, manage, and nurture relationships with accounts.
  • Lead the sales process in renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure new or renewal contracts and service deliverables are achievable.
  • Take overall responsibility for the customer experience by owning the customer lifecycle from start to finish.
  • Build and sustain value-driven relationships with key stakeholders and influencers across all touch points of the customer’s journey within hirify.global, including client onboarding and training.
  • Analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and suggest solutions by gathering and reporting detailed performance data against key indicators to generate actionable improvements to the quality of services offered by hirify.global.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months of B2B Sales experience as Business Development Associate/Associate Account Manager.
  • Experience in a client-facing position; experience supporting complex products is an advantage.
  • Degree qualified in Business, Sales, Public Relations, Marketing, Media, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to negotiate with key stakeholders in a B2B environment.
  • Prior professional experience working with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
