What you will do

• Analyze prospect workflows and map them to standard or custom integrations.
• Promote automation and efficiency by utilizing AI for integration between enterprise platforms.
• Provide high-quality technical responses to prospective client RFIs and RFPs.
• Deliver presentations, demos, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for the hirify.global One platform.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Management teams to translate client needs into technical solutions.
• Communicate the value and benefits of hirify.global's connectivity solutions to prospects.

Requirements

• Domain expertise in APIs (RESTful/SOAP), middleware, and data platforms (e.g., Snowflake).
• Proficiency in Python or similar interpreted languages such as Java or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of industry communication protocols including SWIFT and FIX.
• Strong understanding of AI and a drive to integrate LLMs into enterprise solutions.
• Fluency in English is essential (spoken and written).
• Flexibility to travel within EMEA (approximately 5 days per month).

Nice to have

• Experience in a similar technical role within the financial services industry or a consulting firm.
• Proficiency in French or German.
