Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania. Office attendance is encouraged with the possibility of up to two remote days per week.
Salary: €2,700–€4,300 per month

What you will do
- Design, build, and refine global lifecycle automations for key stages including Onboarding, Renewals, and Win-Back.
- Use experimentation and data insights to prioritize enhancements and foster continuous improvement of success KPIs.
- Analyze customer behavior data to identify patterns, pain points, and opportunities for increased conversion.
- Partner with product, data, and research teams to integrate lifecycle expertise into company-wide initiatives.
- Lead innovative CRM campaigns and spearhead projects to advance lifecycle marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in lifecycle marketing or product roles, preferably within subscription or app-based industries.
- Proven ability to implement and manage lifecycle automations across various stages.
- Data-driven approach to campaign analysis, testing, and roadmap development.
- Proficiency with modern CRM/CEP tools such as Iterable, Braze, Clevertap, or Klaviyo.
- Experience with multi-channel campaigning including Email, Push, In-App, and SMS.
- English: Proficiency is required as it is the daily working language.
