What you will do

• Advise customers and partners on the best-fit products for signing, identification, and trust services based on their use cases.
• Design custom technical solutions and provide guidance on integrating them into existing IT environments.
• Prepare and deliver proofs of concept, including application installation, configuration, and occasional coding.
• Conduct product demonstrations for customers during the pre-sales phase.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and communicate technical requirements to internal stakeholders.
• Perform troubleshooting and provide technical support to ensure customer success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or Informatics.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and database administration.
• Basic programming skills in Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript to collaborate with development teams.
• Familiarity with IT security, encryption, and authentication protocols such as OAuth and SSO.
• Fluent in Romanian and English.
• Based in Bucharest, Romania with readiness for international travel.

• 5+ years of experience in digital signatures, trust services, and identification solutions.
