TL;DR

Lead ServiceNow Engineer (ServiceNow/Jira): Owning the architecture and operation of ServiceNow and Atlassian Jira platforms with an accent on platform ownership, CMDB governance, and system integrations. Focus on designing scalable integrations between ServiceNow, Jira, and CMDB while optimizing workflows for engineering and operations teams.

Location: Dublin (Hybrid - 4 days onsite). Work permit sponsorship not available.

Salary: up to €140,000

What you will do

  • Own the architecture and day-to-day operation of ServiceNow and Atlassian Jira platforms, including Service Management.
  • Design and deliver integrations between ServiceNow, Jira, and CMDB using APIs, webhooks, and integration tooling.
  • Drive data integrity across incidents, changes, and asset inventory with a focus on CMDB governance.
  • Lead platform upgrades, performance tuning, and workflow optimization across engineering and operations teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience owning ServiceNow and Jira in an enterprise environment.
  • Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with Jira and CMDB at scale.
  • Solid grasp of ITIL and service management workflows (incident, change, problem).
  • Hands-on technical ability with scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell), REST APIs, and integration platforms.
  • Must have existing work authorization for Ireland; sponsorship is not available.
