What you will do

• Provide critical network operations support to diagnose, remediate, and troubleshoot large-scale networking events.
• Support and maintain next-generation data-center networks by delivering sustainable and repeatable solutions.
• Troubleshoot routing and interconnectivity issues, including device configurations and low-level application interactions.
• Develop automated tooling and implement design optimizations to drive network reliability and performance at scale.
• Collaborate with diverse teams of software, hardware, and security engineers to ensure infrastructure safety and capacity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls, and LAN/WAN.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as traceroute, iperf, dig, and cURL.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
