Program Manager (Project Management)

Salary: $125K to $150K

What you will do

• Run multiple projects within a given customer base or functional/technical area.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements and serve as the primary point-of-contact with government contract staff for reporting project status.
• Act as a technical advisor and implement processes and procedures for effective program management.
• Oversee the development of project management tools and ensure results are documented and tracked.
• Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities and provide guidance to Project Managers.
• Support business development efforts related to subject matter expertise and proactively seek opportunities for contract and customer growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required and ten 10 years of relevant project management experience or equivalent combination of education/experience; Masters preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
• Two to five years (2-5) years of program management experience preferred.
• Ten (10) years of government contracting experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property as needed.
