What you will do

• Design and deliver creative assets for marketing campaigns from concept through execution.
• Produce on-brand collateral for growth marketing, sales, partnerships, and customer success teams.
• Collaborate with product and web teams on UI design tasks to ensure brand cohesion.
• Create visual assets for People and Culture initiatives, internal events, and onboarding experiences.
• Build and maintain brand guidelines and templates using AI-forward design practices.
• Concept, produce, and edit multimedia content, including video, motion graphics, and animation.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatile brand and marketing design, including motion and video work.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Working understanding of animation principles and their application to brand identity.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketers, writers, and business teams.
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and prioritize independently.
• Daily use of AI tools to scale creative output and streamline workflow.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS or tech companies serving SMB customers.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS or experience working alongside web developers.
• Experience producing short-form video content (scripting, shooting, post-production).
• Advanced motion design skills, such as Lottie animations.
