What you will do

• Design and develop instruction booklets clearly communicating build steps, play patterns, and product intent.
• Collaborate with product design, marketing, brand design, and cross-functional partners to enhance consumer play experience.
• Translate technical and product requirements into intuitive, visually engaging instructions.
• Prepare and present instruction booklet assets for review and approval.
• Manage timelines and ensure production milestones are met accurately.
• Adapt to new technologies, trends, and developments in graphic design.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in design roles, preferably instructional, product, or experience-driven design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Adobe XD) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong ability to translate complex information into clear, intuitive visual instructions.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Interest in toys, play patterns, user experience, and design trends.
