What you will do

• Develop a platform supporting event-driven architecture and parallel workflows.
• Build end-to-end traceability and observability for event flows.
• Implement resilience patterns such as retries, circuit breakers, and flow control.
• Support canary deployments, A/B testing, and safe rollout strategies.
• Develop tooling for SDK generation and publishing contracts based on Avro.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or SRE.
• Hands-on experience with event-driven systems in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of observability, ideally using OpenTelemetry or similar tools.
• Experience with safe and controlled deployment practices.
• Must work from the European Union region and possess a valid work permit.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP and Pub/Sub.
• Knowledge of Avro, schema contracts, or SDK publishing.
• Experience with reliability engineering and platform operations at scale.
