Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 annually + commissions

What you will do

• Manage up to 4 direct reports while simultaneously maintaining an active recruitment desk.
• Coach recruiters through regular 1-on-1 meetings to review KPIs and identify areas for performance improvement.
• Utilize data reporting and insights to guide team decision-making and strategic goal setting.
• Serve as an escalation point for clinician complaints and reassignments to maintain strong client relationships.
• Establish and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Locum Tenens staffing.
• Direct experience managing a recruitment team specifically within the Locum Tenens industry.
• At least 3 years of experience as a top producer in a sales position.
• Proven success operating within a metrics-driven environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent direct industry experience.
