What you will do

• Partner with independent agencies to address account and support issues, ensuring timely resolution of service requests.
• Process consignment, direct sales, and loaner orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to departmental policies.
• Advocate for customers within Advita, escalating issues to management as needed.
• Contribute to the development and execution of product strategies.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects related to supply chain and customer operations.
• Investigate and resolve pricing and invoice discrepancies.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a customer service-oriented position.
• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
• Excellent organization, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
