What you will do

• Develop applications and performance processes on Laser anneal tools, driving necessary laser learning and demos.
• Establish and maintain Best Known Methods (BKM) for process control, development, and continuous improvement.
• Diagnose and resolve process problems, collaborating with service and engineering teams for complex solutions.
• Present technical aspects of products to customers and sales channels.
• Provide on-the-job training and technical assistance to team members, customers, and partners.
• Verify the operational quality of system equipment and instruct customers on proper operation and maintenance.

Requirements

• MS degree in Material Science, Chemistry, Physics, or Engineering (6+ years exp) or a PhD (3+ years exp).
• Deep knowledge of semiconductor device modules and process integration in logic and/or memory fabrication.
• Understanding of Rapid Thermal Processing (RTP) or Implant processes.
• Must be able to travel to the USA and other locations up to 30% of the time.
• Clear communication and proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Experience in customer management.
