Salary: $130,000–$190,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Drive the IAM product area, including user and team management, permissions, and access control models.
• Define and maintain the product roadmap and backlogs, balancing immediate customer needs with long-term platform goals.
• Partner with security and engineering teams to deliver reliable, enterprise-ready platform improvements.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure IAM capabilities are practical to deploy and scale in enterprise environments.
• Support integrations with enterprise access control and provisioning systems such as HRIS and CCaaS platforms.
• Contribute to the evolution of shared platform capabilities beyond IAM as product priorities emerge.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related technical role (e.g., engineering or solutions architecture).
• Proven experience driving product decisions and delivery in cross-functional environments.
• Experience working with enterprise administration or access-related systems (authentication, provisioning, user management).
• Ability to lead technical discussions with engineers and security partners.
• Must be based in Latin America (LATAM).

Nice to have

• Exposure to IAM concepts such as OAuth, SAML, SCIM, OIDC, RBAC, or SSO flows.
• Familiarity with enterprise security and audit concepts, including least privilege and audit logs.
• Experience integrating with HRIS, ITSM, or CCaaS platforms from a user management perspective.
• Interest in building reliable and observable platform services for enterprise customers.
