What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of features within the Cloud Analytics Infrastructure group.
• Orchestrate AI agents to accelerate engineering workflows and deliver AI-driven features to customers.
• Drive engineering excellence using AI-augmented development patterns and agentic workflows.
• Set technical standards for the team, advise on tech selection, and drive technical direction.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and long-term vision for scalable, production-grade solutions.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in Java and cloud development.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
• Deep familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, or automation frameworks (OpenAI, Claude, Copilot).
• Experience with agent architectures, prompt engineering, MCP, and tool integrations.
• English: Excellent written and spoken proficiency required.
