Location: Israel (Strategy & Operations Israel team, fluency in Hebrew required)

What you will do
- Turn ops policies, SLAs, compensation rules, and regulatory checks into parameterized, executable tools for teams and systems.
- Build reusable templates, setup guides, and self-serve patterns for internal enablement.
- Run AI-augmented environment using LLMs and SQL to surface patterns, evaluate quality, audit datasets, and optimize automated tools.
- Partner with department leads to prototype, ship solutions, hand off ownership, and push local learnings to global product and ML teams.
Requirements
- Fluency in Hebrew and English
- 3+ years in operations, business analytics, product, consulting, or similar, owning cross-functional projects end-to-end.
- Deep understanding of modern AI and automation tooling: LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), automation platforms.
- Track record of researching problems, selecting tools, and shipping working POCs quickly.
- Strong communication for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Operations mindset with hands-on building ability, considering edge cases, SLAs, and adoption.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Cursor or similar AI IDEs.
- Portfolio (GitHub, Notion, demos) of tools built for non-technical users.
- Proficiency in SQL for data pulling, hypothesis validation, and metrics definition.
