What you will do

• Design and evolve CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed, safety, and developer experience.
• Scale and maintain core infrastructure, including Kubernetes clusters, PostgreSQL databases, and data replication workflows.
• Build and own monitoring, alerting, and observability systems to ensure platform reliability and uptime.
• Integrate AI-powered development tools to streamline engineering workflows.
• Analyze and control cloud infrastructure spend on AWS while maintaining high performance.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to anticipate scaling challenges and harden critical systems.

Requirements

• Experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles at fast-moving, product-driven tech companies.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tooling, specifically Terraform.
• Deep familiarity with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with observability systems such as Grafana and Datadog.
• Must be able to work full-time in person at the New York office in SoHo.
