What you will do
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a high-quality experience.
- Manage the administrative lifecycle, including employment contracts, addendums, and health insurance affiliations.
- Track apprentices and interns, including invoicing, OPCO contracts, and government aid.
- Handle day-to-day internal HR requests via a ticketing system.
- Maintain and update the HRIS and employee files.
- Participate in strategic projects regarding compensation, benefits, and payroll optimization.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
- Previous internship experience in HR.
- Professional proficiency in English and fluency in French.
- Good command of Excel and Google Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive data with rigor and proactivity.
