HR Operations Apprentice (HR Ops): Supporting the People team in structuring the HR department and managing the employee lifecycle with an accent on onboarding and administrative efficiency. Focus on optimizing HRIS data, managing apprentice/intern contracts, and coordinating day-to-day HR requests.

What you will do

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a high-quality experience.
  • Manage the administrative lifecycle, including employment contracts, addendums, and health insurance affiliations.
  • Track apprentices and interns, including invoicing, OPCO contracts, and government aid.
  • Handle day-to-day internal HR requests via a ticketing system.
  • Maintain and update the HRIS and employee files.
  • Participate in strategic projects regarding compensation, benefits, and payroll optimization.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
  • Previous internship experience in HR.
  • Professional proficiency in English and fluency in French.
  • Good command of Excel and Google Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive data with rigor and proactivity.
