What you will do

• Deploy and sustain Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles through audits and Gembas.
• Manage assigned engineering projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Maximize production facility availability by optimizing engineering labor and materials.
• Oversee the thorough execution of scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Develop technical documentation, SOPs, and work instructions for new installations and modifications.
• Coach and train maintenance and operations teams in new systems and techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing, 5S methods, and CI leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), and Focused Improvement.
• Strong technical report writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
