What you will do
- Enforce and defend intellectual property and trademark rights across apps, websites, and visual identities.
- Proactively detect, document, and assess infringements and imitation patterns in digital markets.
- Lead takedown processes, cease-and-desist actions, and platform complaints with a focus on speed.
- Develop and execute legal strategies that materially restrict infringing competitors' ability to operate.
- Monitor digital ecosystems to identify emerging risks and opportunities for legal leverage.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to embed IP protection early in brand and product development.
Requirements
- Strong background in intellectual property and trademark law, specifically within tech or digital products.
- Proven experience in IP enforcement, takedowns, and cross-platform disputes (app stores, hosting providers).
- Ability to translate complex legal frameworks into practical business strategies.
- English: Excellent written and spoken proficiency required.
- Geography: Must be located within ± 4 hours of the CET time zone.
- Tactical, resourceful mindset with high discretion and professional judgment.
