TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead the implementation of new features and enhancements for digital banking products.
  • Design and develop front-end applications using Angular or React and TypeScript.
  • Architect and build secure, scalable APIs to support platform growth.
  • Refactor code to reduce technical debt and promote team-wide best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to deliver projects on schedule.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers while driving TDD strategies.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience with C# and .NET Core in enterprise-level software development.
  • 4+ years of experience in front-end development with Angular or React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • 4+ years of SQL experience, including query optimization and performance tuning.
  • Proven experience designing scalable APIs and integrating third-party SDKs or platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud hosting platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native practices.
  • Track record of working in high-growth or startup environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience with transaction processing systems in the FinTech domain.
  • Familiarity with banking domain and operations.
  • Experience with user access and permission management.
