hirify.global is a game development studio focused on large-scale products for a global audience, including the live open-world mobile game OneState.

What you will do

  • Run end-to-end hiring for core game dev roles including Art, IT, and Game Design.
  • Manage ongoing freelance hiring streams for Design and Art.
  • Directly source candidates via LinkedIn, specialized platforms, and communities.
  • Conduct structured interviews focused on hard skills, soft skills, and culture fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align expectations and provide clear candidate assessments.
  • Maintain active pipelines to ensure speed and quality of hiring.

Requirements

  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting within gamedev or creative industries.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring independently.
  • Experience with freelance hiring processes.
  • Strong sourcing skills and confidence in working with hiring managers.
  • Native Russian
  • Working English (B2+)
