What you will do

• Translate complex business problems into structured, scalable quantitative analyses and actionable insights.
• Partner with functional departments to deliver strategic recommendations through compelling narratives and visualizations.
• Design robust data models utilizing Kimball/dimensional modeling techniques.
• Oversee and optimize data reconciliation and manipulation processes, focusing on automation and data integrity.
• Develop predictive and classification models to support Product, Customer Success, and Marketing initiatives.
• Mentor junior colleagues on analytical research, dashboard development, and data storytelling.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in BI/Data Science with a track record of measurable business impact.
• Advanced proficiency with Python, SQL, and Kimball dimensional modeling.
• Expert knowledge of Looker and LookML for designing Explores and dashboards.
• Deep understanding of probability theory, statistical inference, and experimental design (A/B testing).
• Solid mathematical foundation in combinatorics, calculus, and mathematical logic.
• Fluency in English is required as the primary working language.

Nice to have

• Experience in the e-commerce domain.
• Applied experience with machine learning models for classification, regression, or clustering.
• Familiarity with other BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
