TL;DR

Marketing Science Lead (Media Analytics): Leading end-to-end measurement strategies and media analytics projects to optimize digital marketing investment with an accent on statistical modeling, data integration, and cross-functional leadership. Location: Hybrid in Toronto (Office required on Mondays and Thursdays)

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end measurement strategies across multiple accounts and various campaign types.
  • Develop analyses, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the mapping and implementation of data flows, ensuring full compliance with data governance.
  • Partner with media, strategy, and client teams to evaluate performance and guide optimization.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of analysts, overseeing their priorities and professional growth.
  • Provide analytics materials and thought leadership for new business pitches and RFPs.

Requirements

  • B.S. degree in a quantitative or technical field (Economics, Math, CS, etc.); M.S. degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in media analytics implementation and managing analytics projects.
  • Expertise in Python, R, SQL, or other business-relevant statistical programming languages.
  • Proficiency with GA4 and data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Domo, or Looker.
  • Experience with media platforms (Social, CM360, DV360) and media taxonomy strategy.
  • Must be based in Toronto and able to work from the office on Mondays and Thursdays.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and their integration into MarTech ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of third-party data tools like Brandwatch or Pathmatics.
  • Experience with website experimentation platforms such as Optimizely or Adobe Target.
