Location: Hybrid in Toronto (Office required on Mondays and Thursdays)
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 CAD

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end measurement strategies across multiple accounts and various campaign types.
- Develop analyses, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the mapping and implementation of data flows, ensuring full compliance with data governance.
- Partner with media, strategy, and client teams to evaluate performance and guide optimization.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of analysts, overseeing their priorities and professional growth.
- Provide analytics materials and thought leadership for new business pitches and RFPs.
Requirements
- B.S. degree in a quantitative or technical field (Economics, Math, CS, etc.); M.S. degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in media analytics implementation and managing analytics projects.
- Expertise in Python, R, SQL, or other business-relevant statistical programming languages.
- Proficiency with GA4 and data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Domo, or Looker.
- Experience with media platforms (Social, CM360, DV360) and media taxonomy strategy.
- Must be based in Toronto and able to work from the office on Mondays and Thursdays.
Nice to have
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and their integration into MarTech ecosystems.
- Knowledge of third-party data tools like Brandwatch or Pathmatics.
- Experience with website experimentation platforms such as Optimizely or Adobe Target.
