What you will do

• Design and develop scalable, performant services and APIs within a Java ecosystem.
• Implement authentication, account management, and external partner integrations.
• Integrate AI coding agents and frameworks to accelerate development and improve code quality.
• Manage the full technical lifecycle from estimation and design to delivery.
• Collaborate with QA, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Security teams to implement correct solutions.
• Diagnose complex issues and maintain the stability of large-scale systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience with Java and backend development.
• Proven track record of delivering functional software components in complex systems.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools like Gemini, Cursor, or Claude Code.
• Proficiency with Vitess, Cassandra, Redis, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenSearch.
• Strong understanding of HTTP principles and secure access best practices.
• Must be based in Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Mexico.
