What you will do

• Lead design and implementation of back-end features focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, technical strategy, coding standards, and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and assess new technologies.
• Own complex deliverables, provide estimations, and collaborate with front-end, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Engage with clients on requirements, documentation, and pre-sales support.
• Mentor peers, adapt to new technologies, and ensure maintainable, secure systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years in back-end development
• Deep expertise in Spring Boot (Java and/or Kotlin)
• Strong knowledge of database technologies, query optimization, and schema design
• Hands-on with Cloud Services (Azure or AWS)
• Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, serverless, and CI/CD
• Security best practices, performance optimization, system reliability
• Leading projects, mentoring, excellent English communication skills in agile teams
