Salary: $83,560 - $142,030

What you will do

• Publish and manage content for hirify.global Technology YouTube and X channels.
• Coordinate content production projects with internal subject-matter experts and agency partners.
• Engage authentically with the tech community on social media and the hirify.global Insiders Discord.
• Own and execute Discord engagement activities and maintain relationships with moderators.
• Answer technical questions about client products and escalate support cases to appropriate forums.
• Provide guidance to internal teams on social media and community responses requiring technical nuance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of industry experience, or 3+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of experience in content production and/or community management in the tech or gaming industry.
• 1+ years of expertise in client PC hardware and gaming.
• 1+ years of proven project management skills.
• Position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
