What you will do

• Manage and optimize ad network campaigns for the FR market to grow the paid user base.
• Take part in creative diversification for the Paid Acquisition team by initiating briefs for UGC and developing new messages.
• Provide support on various online acquisition campaigns across different channels.
• Monitor metrics and provide weekly reporting to management, as well as deep-dive analysis to uncover insights and action plans.
• Monitor leads quality from ad networks, identify partner opportunities to drive profitable growth, and challenge poor quality sources.
• Maintain a constant benchmarking on the digital acquisition landscape.

Requirements

• A first experience in online marketing, online advertising, traffic acquisition, and marketing analytics.
• Analytical with knowledge of Excel (Looker Studio is a +) and in any reports / data visualisation tools & affinity for data report analysis, case studies…
• Should be self-motivated and able to work effectively in an autonomous environment, proactive and persistent.
• Comfortable with multi-tasking in a very fast-paced work environment.
• Comfortable in English.
