TL;DR
CRM Apprentice (Marketing): Supporting global CRM campaign efforts and customer engagement strategies with an accent on campaign implementation, performance analysis, and lifecycle optimization. Focus on executing multi-channel communications via Braze to drive user engagement across international markets.
Location: Must be based in Bordeaux, France (Hybrid: 2 remote days/week, 1 remote week/quarter).
Salary: €1,250 – €1,450 per month.

What you will do
- Support the creation and execution of the CRM animation plan for global markets.
- Implement campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app channels using Braze.
- Collaborate with brand managers and copywriters to deliver targeted messaging.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to transversal projects focused on lifecycle email optimizations.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a French work-study program (contrat d'alternance / d'apprentissage).
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a focus on experimentation and testing.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in marketing or CRM.
- Basic HTML knowledge.
- Experience with CRM campaign management tools.
- Fluency in Spanish or German.
