What you will do

• Develop and evaluate RF system architectures, including detailed cascade analysis and system analysis.
• Work with MMIC device vendors and contribute to hirify.global semiconductor strategy.
• Design measurement systems and define block-level electrical specifications.
• Develop prototype designs generally using ADS and HFSS.
• Develop test plans and perform module-level design verification in the lab.
• Participate in technical discussions and exchanges regarding technology developments, next-generation developments, and roadmaps.

Requirements

• Must have extensive experience developing millimeter wave circuits above 80 GHz.
• Must have extensive experience designing RF and microwave systems.
• Must have a strong understanding of state-of-the-art technology and practice for designing above 80 GHz.
• Must have worked with materials and manufacturing teams to understand technology and process tradeoffs to develop high quality / high reliability designs.
• Must have experience producing quality designs using simulation tools such as SystemVue, ADS, and HFSS.
• MSEE degree or equivalent with 10+ years of experience in RF, analog, and mixed-signal circuit design up to 80 GHz.

Nice to have

• PhD preferred.
