What you will do

• Provide technical support for RF and microwave test and measurement instruments.
• Collaborate with sales and R&D teams to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Develop and deliver technical seminars and training sessions for customers.
• Conduct pre- and post-sales support, including product demonstrations and equipment start-up.
• Act as a consultant for customers involved in RF and microwave product research and development.
• Provide technical feedback to product developers to influence future roadmaps.

Requirements

• BSEE or equivalent degree with over 5 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience in RF and microwave test, measurement, or design.
• Proficiency with spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, and vector network analyzers.
• Must reside in the US and possess valid US work authorization.
• Excellent communication and customer-interfacing skills.
• Ability to travel 20%-30% primarily within the Southwestern US.
