What you will do

• Manage and execute the Affiliation program and Direct Deals to acquire new engaged paid users.
• Develop and monitor key metrics, providing weekly and monthly reporting to management.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover strategic insights and create actionable plans.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to improve acquisition user journeys and increase Life Time Value (LTV).
• Create and optimize online branding campaigns in coordination with the brand marketing team.
• Monitor the competitive landscape to develop new growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in online marketing, advertising, traffic acquisition, and marketing analytics.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel and experience with Looker Studio or other data visualization tools.
• Experience collaborating with product or data teams on technical tracking specifications (especially for mobile).
• Ability to work autonomously and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English
