What you will do

• Create and maintain enablement materials including QBR decks, pitch decks, and playbooks.
• Manage operational logistics for goodies, event tickets, and incentive programs.
• Coordinate internal communication within the Partnerships division and centralize documentation.
• Design and facilitate team onboarding days and training workshops.
• Analyze internal data and surveys to provide actionable recommendations for strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be a Master’s student in Economics, Business, Marketing, or Operations Management.
• Native French and fluent English (written and oral) communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
• Ability to work autonomously and drive projects from concept to delivery.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
