What you will do

  • Analyze client briefs and contribute to recommendations, pitches, and competitive intelligence.
  • Design creative 360° concepts and structure campaigns including formats, mechanics, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal creative, production, and media teams to ensure operational execution.
  • Track campaign implementation, deliverables, and project timelines.
  • Monitor performance indicators and participate in campaign debriefs to identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in progress (Business, Communication, Marketing) looking for a 1-year apprenticeship.
  • Excellent communication in French (written & spoken).
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Canva for creating compelling presentations.
  • Strong writing, analytical, and synthesis skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Background in the advertising or ad sales world and understanding of agency ecosystems.
  • Understanding of performance tracking (KPIs).
  • English language proficiency.
