What you will do

• Develop and maintain knowledge of key client organizations and monitor industry changes.
• Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to source candidates meeting client profiles and build talent pools.
• Manage candidates effectively throughout the recruitment process, developing and maintaining relationships and seeking referrals.
• Provide insights to the onsite solutions team and work together to deliver solutions within agreed KPIs/SLAs.
• Follow documented hirify.global systems/policies/office procedures.

Requirements

• Proficiency in verbal and written English business skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in a recruiter function either in-house, client on-site, or in a recruitment organization.
• Expert in Boolean sourcing techniques and Google Xray.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, updating records and information ensuring system integrity and accuracy of client reporting and analytics.
