What you will do

• Evolve hirify.global's visual identity and maintain coherence across all digital and physical touchpoints.
• Lead end-to-end campaign creative for OOH, social, events, and experiential marketing.
• Design with a motion-first mindset, partnering with the video team on storyboards and assets.
• Translate complex financial concepts into visual storytelling tailored for a founder audience.
• Utilize AI tools to generate concepts and production-ready assets at speed.
• Deliver scalable branded materials for Product, Events, Partnerships, and Sales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in brand design with a mix of agency and in-house roles.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
• Genuine fluency with AI design tools already integrated into your active workflow.
• Strong mastery of typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to tie design decisions to business outcomes such as engagement rates and conversion lift.
• Must be based in New York City for on-site work.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Background in art direction or creative strategy.
