TL;DR

Head of Data (iGaming): Building a centralized data hub and infrastructure to support an enterprise AI transformation with an accent on master data management, governance, and data science capabilities. Focus on translating data investments into measurable business value (AEBITDA) and establishing a hub-and-spoke operating model.

Location: Remote (US), with a strong preference for being full-time in Las Vegas, NV. If remote, 50% travel is required.

Salary: $300,000–$350,000

What you will do

• Establish and lead a centralized data hub including infrastructure, MDM, governance, data engineering, and data science capability.
• Develop and execute a multi-year data roadmap integrated into the broader AI transformation plan.
• Drive measurable financial impact (AEBITDA) through data-driven wins and infrastructure that supports Finance and Operations.
• Build and operate enterprise data governance policies, stewardship roles, and an executive Data Council.
• Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team, Board, and peer leaders to align data strategy with business outcomes.
• Develop an R&D Intelligence Layer to optimize portfolio and game development decision-making.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience at the VP, SVP, or Chief Data Officer level.
• Proven track record of building data capabilities in technically complex environments with fragmented systems.
• Demonstrated ability to link data investments to dollar-value revenue or cost savings.
• Hands-on expertise in Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, and ML platform fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of current AI tooling, agentic workflows, and LLM capabilities.
• Must be able to obtain necessary gaming licenses and pass background investigations.
