What you will do

  • Design, develop, and maintain OTBI and BI reports and dashboards in Oracle HCM.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and insightful reporting solutions.
  • Partner with People Data Strategy SMEs to support AI-driven analytics initiatives.
  • Identify and implement automation solutions for manual reporting and data processes to improve efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to resolve reporting tickets and system issues.
  • Document and maintain standard operating procedures for automated workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR reporting and analytics, preferably within an HR technology team.
  • Hands-on experience building reports and dashboards with a major HRIS (e.g., Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Must be located in Mexico City, Mexico.
  • Experience with SQL is preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
  • Experience working on AI or machine learning projects in an HR context.
