What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and deliver actionable business recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Optimize dashboard performance and ensure efficient query usage.
• Document data sources, methodologies, and provide end-user training to maximize adoption.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with databases (preferably Snowflake or SQL Server).
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and structured data (Excel, Google Sheets).
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Fluent English (C1 or higher) is mandatory for daily interaction with US stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with contact center operations and analytics.
• Familiarity with other BI tools such as Power BI or Looker.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
