What you will do

• Create scene set designs, floor plans, and orthographic designs from multiple angles.
• Paint backgrounds and layouts, ensuring the show's specific style and quality are maintained.
• Execute all rough, revised, and final designs within assigned deadlines.
• Develop color projects, including color scripts, lead sheets, lighting keys, and keyframe paintings.
• Propose design approaches that optimize workflows for downstream modeling and texturing departments.
• Collaborate with the Production Designer and Art Director to apply creative feedback.

Requirements

• High-level drawing and painting skills.
• Solid understanding of composition, value, perspective, color, and shape language.
• Proficiency in the specific visual style of the show and stylistic versatility.
• Professional knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Los Angeles, California.
• Previous experience on an animated feature film, TV series, or game is preferred.
