What you will do

• Partner with ML and Computational Chemistry researchers to translate scientific prototypes into robust, production-ready software.
• Implement and integrate ML, deep learning, and physics-based simulation algorithms into scalable product platforms.
• Collaborate within multi-disciplinary pods of engineers, chemists, and AI experts to define requirements and architecture.
• Ensure the scientific integrity and accuracy of research models, such as active learning and FEP, when deployed in production.
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from scientific inception to external deployment.

Requirements

• PhD in chemistry, biology, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience translating ML or computational chemistry research into production software in the private sector (biotech/pharma preferred).
• Proficiency with Python scientific toolkits (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy) and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch).
• Experience deploying and maintaining ML models for molecular property prediction or multi-objective optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD, containerization, and GPU high-performance computing environments.
• Must be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
