What you will do
- Define and own the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for the flagship Licensing product.
- Identify and implement AI-driven transformations, including automated document review and intelligent form pre-fills.
- Drive key performance metrics such as licensing rates, time to approval, and applicant drop-off reduction.
- Conduct deep user research by shadowing social workers and families to uncover critical pain points.
- Rapidly prototype new features using AI tools like Lovable, Claude, and Cursor to test ideas quickly.
- Scale the product to remain configurable across different states and counties while maintaining platform coherence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in high-growth B2B or enterprise SaaS.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco, CA.
- AI-native approach to work, utilizing tools like Claude, Cursor, or v0 and understanding LLM agentic patterns.
- Proven track record of scaling products from growth stage to category-defining success.
- Strong expertise in user research and translating qualitative insights into actionable updates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
