What you will do

• Build and maintain complex, responsive web applications from the ground up using modern stacks.
• Design modular, scalable, and reusable code structures to serve as a foundation for future development.
• Integrate diverse APIs and services (Java, .NET, Node.js) to ensure seamless data flow and system reliability.
• Translate high-fidelity prototypes into performant, accessible, and pixel-perfect code.
• Optimize application performance to ensure sub-second response times and cross-browser consistency.
• Lead code reviews and mentor intermediate developers to elevate the team's technical standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in Full-Stack development, with 3+ years in a Senior or Lead role.
• Expert-level proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Proven production experience with Java (Spring Boot), .NET (C# / .NET Core), and Node.js.
• Deep experience with TypeScript and Python (5+ years).
• Hands-on experience with Azure backend systems (App Services, Functions, Key Vault).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Direct experience working with Credit Unions, Banking, or Fintech platforms.
• Experience deploying and managing applications across AWS and GCP.
• Familiarity with React Native or native mobile development.
