What you will do

• Execute and QA standardized channel marketing campaigns across email, web forms, and landing pages.
• Administer SFMC, AEM, and Google Analytics tags to launch pre-designed experiences and tests.
• Perform audience segmentation using SQL queries and platform tools based on defined criteria.
• Manage task status in Jira and Workfront, escalating technical issues to L3/L4 specialists.
• Maintain the team's knowledge base by documenting routine deployment steps and troubleshooting solutions.
• Conduct thorough pre-deployment QA, including link validation and cross-client email rendering.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Mexico
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in campaign execution.
• Proficiency in SFMC (Email Studio) and Adobe Content Management System (AEM).
• Experience using Litmus or Email on Acid for rendering and link testing.
• Ability to run pre-built SQL queries and perform basic segmentation.
• Expertise in Jira, Workfront, or similar Agile project management platforms.

Nice to have

• Basic HTML/CSS for minor template tweaks.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification.
• Experience with A/B test setup within an ESP.
