What you will do

• Co-own demand generation across priority markets including UAE and KSA.
• Design and execute incrementality programs, including geo tests and lift studies.
• Build and deploy AI-enabled performance systems with real guardrails.
• Partner with Product, Data, and Business Development teams to optimize growth loops.
• Manage and scale a small, autonomous team of 1-2 people.
• Analyze performance data to make evidence-based trade-off decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing ownership with recent platform execution.
• Deep fluency in incrementality, holdout tests, and user-level lift studies.
• Experience in app-first or marketplace business models.
• Proven track record of deploying AI or automation systems that improved performance outcomes.
• Ability to self-serve data using SQL or Python is highly preferred.
• Must be based in or willing to work on-site in Dubai.
