What you will do

• Oversee daily nursing and lab operations within the medical department.
• Administer methadone and ensure accurate patient dosing records and medication inventory.
• Train, supervise, and manage the medical assistant and phlebotomy team.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and community providers.
• Perform internal program reviews and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and manage medical department schedules.

Requirements

• Valid RN or LPN/LVN nursing license in the state of employment.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience in substance abuse treatment and administration.
• Advanced knowledge of medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and teaching skills.
• Proficiency in basic computing and office equipment.
