What you will do

• Design mechanical systems for new nuclear power plants and modifications to existing plants.
• Collaborate with design engineering teams across the US.
• Perform mechanical system design engineering and analysis.
• Provide technical direction and guidance to others.
• Manage project budget, schedule, and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of engineering design principles and applicable codes, standards, and regulations related to mechanical engineering design of nuclear power plants.
• U.S. citizenship is a requirement.

Nice to have

• Experience in nuclear power plant system design.
• Expertise in condensate and feedwater systems.
• Knowledge of cooling water and steam systems.
• Experience with P&ID development.
